If you would like to delete your haut account and all related data, please email us using the information below.
How to request deletion

When your customers use your services through our platform:
Use subject line:
Delete my haut account
Include the following:
Your registered phone number (with country code)
Email ID (if any)
Reason for deletion (optional)
What data will be deleted
Profile details (name, phone, profile photo)
Usage analytics and device data
We process deletion requests within 7 business days. Backup logs may retain data up to 90 days before permanent removal.
